Description
The Granate Demi-Sec is a refreshing cocktail of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pomegranate juice. The fruit (including the pomegranate) comes from Apaltagua’s Huaquen property in the Maule Valley coastal range where the cool Mediterranean style climate is ideal for both Chardonnay and pomegranate production. The wine is aromatic with obvious hints of pomegranate and notes of red fruits like strawberries and raspberries. It is juicy and vibrant with a medium body and a pleasant effervescence and roundness that enhances the fresh fruit character.
