Description
A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Sauvignon Blanc, this bubbly is produced in the méthode Champenoise style (fermented in the bottle).
The NV Apaltagua Costero Sparkling Wine is pale gold in color with clean aromas of green and yellow apple, crusty bread and hazelnut. In the mouth the wine is creamy, where subtle flavors of white fruit blend with a nutty hint before its fresh and persistent finish.
