Description
The Funckenhausen Rosé is perfect for those all-day summer BBQs. A blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, this crisp, refreshing rosé overflows with aromas of red berry and white flower.
To craft this rosé, the winemakers gently press the grapes, leaving the juice in contact with the skins for a few hours to allow for color and aroma absorption. They then send the juice immediately into steel tanks where it undergoes a quick fermentation of about twelve days. The wine is bottled without any oak aging.
